We don’t sell data. We use providers that process it on our behalf:

  • Formspree, Inc. (USA) — forwarding form messages to our mailbox,
  • Zenbox Sp. z o.o. (Poland) — website hosting and e-mail,
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent) and spreadsheets with anonymous AI test results,
  • accounting firm — for settlements.

Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
